Paul McGann takes the challenge, and reads the Stonehenge speech from the Doctor Who episode \”Pandorica Opens\” at the Cincinnati Comic Expo. He then goes on to talk a bit about people who came from Cincinnati, then has a fan offer to teach him the Time Warp, since he’s a Time Lord. (It got a good laugh!)
Apologies for the shakiness and the camera trying to adjust focus; I was holding it as still as I could while zoomed in, and had been doing this for the past twenty minutes. It’s hard to do! LOL

Back to the future for the Eighth Doctor

FIND OUT MORE AT THE BIG FINISH WEBSITE: https://bgfn.sh/j9
The Eighth Doctor and his friends are finding that future history has changed around them, in the latest full cast audio drama box set from Big Finish.
Since 2020, the Doctor has been stranded on Earth with companions Liv, Helen, and their new chums residing at his house in Baker Street.
The TARDIS, initially completely grounded, is finally regaining the ability to travel in space and time once more, as we reach the third box set in The Eighth Doctor Adventures: Stranded series, released today.
But something has gone very, very wrong with the future of Earth.
Alongside Paul McGann as the Eighth Doctor, the cast also stars Nicola Walker (Liv Chenka), Hattie Morahan (Helen Sinclair), Rebecca Root (Tania Bell) and Tom Price (Sergeant Andy Davidson).
After crashing in 2020 London, the TARDIS is healing. It can now take its passengers through time and space – but the future has changed around them…
A sinister force steers humanity’s destiny, and as the Doctor and friends investigate the mystery they’re trapped inside, they may make the outcome even worse…
The fab four stories in this latest box set are as follows:
Patience by Tim Foley
The Doctor decides to investigate the limits of the paradoxical timeline in which he and his friends are stranded.
But they find themselves hunted by a force of mercenary Judoon. It seems that Earth’s altered history has changed the whole universe…
Twisted Folklore by Lizzie Hopley
Tracking the course of the future, the Doctor and friends arrive on Rarkelia – where human forces rule.
Earth – and Divine Intervention – are shaping the universe in their own image. Helen, Liv and Tania embed themselves in society while the Doctor starts a revolution.
Snow by James Kettle
Returning to London in the 2030s, the TARDIS travellers find a sinister elite taking hold.
Baker Street now has just one lonely resident – and what’s more, it is the last place on Earth where snow ever falls.
What Just Happened? by John Dorney
All actions have consequences. The path to victory or disaster is unclear, unless seen from a different perspective…
With the lives of the entire human race at stake, the Doctor confronts a nemesis like no other. And not everyone will make it home.
Joining the cast for this penultimate box set in the series are Nicholas Briggs (The Judoon), Aurora Burghart (Marifen), Joel James Davison (Robin), Avita Jay (Zakia Akhtar), Anjella MacKintosh (Professor Victoria Wilks), David ShawParker (Ron Winters), and Sam Stafford (Baby Judoon).
Producer David Richardson said: “For me there’s a certain magic in the Stranded series. We have amazing actors playing amazing characters and we just hit upon the idea of putting them into a lovely contained story world which allows human interaction to take centre stage.
“We’re on box set three now and I’ll find it hard to let this world go when the time comes. Tania and Andy have become such a vital part of the Doctor, Liv and Helen’s lives. So have Zakia, Aisha, Ron, Tony and Robin. Oh it’s tempting to stay in Baker Street forever and just be with them but the day will come to move on. It’s been a special time indeed.”
Paul McGann added: “It seems another age entirely, when there was just the Doctor and one companion! Recording this has been like getting the band back together –we’re having a hoot, and putting our heart and souls into it.
“It’s fun and I’m enjoying it but you still feel there’s a slight sense of jeopardy –there’s never the sense of permanence, things are always in flux, as they should be.”
Doctor Who – The Eighth Doctor Adventures: Stranded 3 is available now as a collector’s edition box set (on CD at the discounted price of £24.99) and as a digital download (at the discounted price of £19.99), exclusively from the Big Finish website.
Big Finish listeners can save even more money with a bundle of all four box sets, preordering the entire series for just £88 as a collector’s edition CD box set or £79 as a digital download.
All the above prices include the special preorder discount and are subject to change after general release.
