design fun:D อีพีนี้ พาทุกคนมารู้จักกับบ้านพิเสฐ บ้านหนึ่งหลังที่อยู่ติดสนามกอล์ฟเลยนะครับ
ด้วยความที่บ้านหลังใหญ่ และเนื้อหาเยอะ เราเลยแบ่งออกเป็น 2 อีพี โดยคลิปนี้จะเป็นอีพีแรกนะครับ
สถาปนิกออกแบบบ้านหลังนี้ให้เชื่อมโยงเข้ากับบริบทโดยรอบ
โดยคำนึงถึงเรื่องมุมมองภายในที่สามารถมองออกไปเห็นวิวสนามกอล์ฟ
รวมถึงการออกแบบ landscape ให้เกิดความต่อเนื่องเหมือนสนามหญ้าของบ้านเป็นผืนเดียวกันกับสนามกอล์ฟ
บ้าน 3 ชั้นหลังนี้ออกแบบให้มีระดับชั้นลดหลั่นกัน ด้วยข้อจำกัดของหมู่บ้านที่อนุญาตให้บ้านสูงไม่เกิน 12 ม. โครงสร้างที่เลือกใช้จึงเป็นแบบ Post tension หรือระบบพื้นไร้คาน
ทำให้บ้านมีเส้นแนวนอนที่ดูบาง ลีน ไม่หนักแน่นหรือเทอะทะ
งานออกแบบตกแต่งภายในมีดีเทลละเอียดมากทั้งในแง่วัสดุ การเลือกใช้สี และของตกแต่งต่างๆ ก็เป็นของสะสมของเจ้าของบ้าน ซึ่งช่วยให้บ้านหลังนี้ดูมี \”ชีวิต\” ขึ้นมามากทีเดียว
สิ่งที่น่าสนใจมากๆ ของบ้านหลังนี้ คือการที่งานออกแบบทั้งภายนอกและภายใน สามารถถ่ายทอดตัวตน คาแรกเตอร์ของเจ้าของบ้านได้เป็นอย่างดี
องค์ประกอบภายในบ้านสามารถเติมเต็มความสุขและตอบโจทย์ความต้องการของเจ้าของบ้านได้อย่างลงตัว

โครงการ Dusit Central Parkโครงการจะเป็นแบบ MixedUse สร้างบนเนื้อที่ดินเดิมของโรงแรมดุสิตธานี กรุงเทพฯ เลย โดยจะเป็นที่ดินขนาด 23 ไร่ โดยเป็นที่ดินที่คุณหญิงชนันต์ ปิยะอุย ทำการเช่ากับสำนักงานทรัพย์สินพระมหากษัตริย์ ที่มีการต่อสัญญาเช่าไปเมื่อปี 2560 เป็นระยะเวลา 30 ปี พร้อมกับระยะเวลาปลดหนี้อีก 7 ปี และได้รับสิทธิ์ในการเช่าต่อเนื่องอีก 30 ปี รวมทั้งสิ้น 67 ปี
ซึ่งในการสร้าง Dusit Central Park จะเป็นการร่วมมือกันพัฒนา ระหว่าง เครือโรงแรมดุสิตธานี และ CPN หรือเซ็นทรัลพัฒนา โดยมีมูลค่าการลงทุนมากถึง 46,000 ล้านบาท
โดยด้านในจะประกอบไปด้วย 4 ส่วนด้วยกันก็คือ
เริ่มจากส่วนแนวราบของโครงการก่อนเลย จะเป็น โครงการศูนย์การค้าเซ็นทรัล พาร์ค มีพื้นที่หลักเป็นห้างสรรพสินค้า ร้านค้าเฉพาะทางในกลุ่มเซ็นทรัล จำนวน 8 ชั้น และโรงภาพยนตร์จำนวน 6 โรง พื้นที่รวม 80,000 ตารางเมตร โดยทำเป็นศูนย์การค้าลึกไปจนถึง MRT สีลม และก็จะมีทางเดินเชื่อมไปยัง BTS ศาลาแดงด้วย และชั้นบนสุดของอาคารออกแบบให้เป็นสวนสาธารณะ และลานกีฬากลางแจ้ง เสมือนขยายจากสวนลุมพินีออกมาเพิ่มเติม
ตึกออฟฟิศ เซ็นทรัล พาร์ค ออฟฟิศเซส ความสูง 43 ชั้น พื้นที่รวม 90,000 ตารางเมตร ออกแบบในโทนสีเงิน และให้มุมมองโอบล้อมสวนลุมพินีทั้งหมด
คอนโดดุสิต เรสซิเดนเซส และ ดุสิต พาร์คไซด์ จำนวน 389 ยูนิต สูง 69 ชั้น ออกแบบในโทนสีนาก ให้มุมมองสวนลุมพินีแบบกว้าง 360 องศา ยาวไปจนถึงแม่น้ำเจ้าพระยา
โรงแรมดุสิตธานี กรุงเทพฯ แห่งใหม่ จำนวน 250 ห้อง สูง 39 ชั้น ออกแบบในโทนสีทองและนำสถาปัตยกรรมของโรงแรมเดิมทั้งหมดมาปรับใช้ใหม่ มีห้องจัดเลี้ยงที่เปิดมุมมองสวนลุมพินีแบบพาโนรามา และมีจุดชมวิวสวนลุมพินีบริเวณชั้นบนสุดของอาคาร
