  1. I really like Chords and Melody as complements to the XO plugin from XLN. I'm still tooling around with the possibilities in Captain Beat.

  2. MG the plugin wizard. You're videos inspire me almost as much as the software itself. Just got 2.0 for Father's Day from the wife and I'm enjoying it.

  3. Until Captain chord developers quit trying to babysit and respect
recording engineers DAW and graduate to iLok Registration they will
    never reach their sales potential.

  4. Buying my copy of Captain this week… but ah, when you opened up Atlas vst…you added something else to my arsenal…geez. 💵 grew wings…

  5. Hey MG. I just got Captain Chords. You answered Sooooo many questions I had and was going to have. Thanks.
Along with Being able to Play into the Verse.(Much Needed!). They are so close to a 'Stand Alone' I wish they would do that to. If you had both. Dealing with Spontaneity ideas. Would be a lot easier. You could Just leave it up and running. Not a heavy CPU hog.
I also Have ORB Composer S PRO. Scaler, Instachord. And……

I also find Captain Chords 'Humanization' Near the Best out there (UJAM Vi's are Equal).
Now ORB Composer Would be near King. When they get the 'Humanization' Down. I mean When you can Generate 68(or more?) Diff. instruments at once. Use all your own Vi's and VST's. But it also. Can get Very Very Deep.

So keepin it simple is why. I am really lovin Captain Chords. For what it does do.

90% of the time. I have already written the song & Copyrighted it on a Work Album. And Just want Parts Production.
But You can not put a $ amount on the Little /Big Inspirations that are triggered by Using Captain Chords. Thanks Again.

  6. Why are you using Ableton again – I just watched a video of yours from 9 months ago where you cronicle your journey from FL studio through all the other DAWs and back again to FL?

  7. I wish it was a little more stable with Studio One because I'm experiencing crashing like crazy in Studio One 3. However aside from the crashing in Studio One this is a game changer and certainly something that can be a major tool in the box once understood.
