There's a small mistake at 2:03. It should say 2:Am, 3:Bm and 6:Em. Thanks to observant viewer Best Dad (who rocks!) for pointing that out. The rest of the video is correct. I really should have more coffee while I'm editing these.
Jamie thank you!!!!
I just started to watch your videos and you have so many, where do I start. I have little experience and play some songs but need help in most areas, cords, STRUMMING, I seen to strum the same way all the time. Thank you for you time and videos. Mark

Second video; second comment: YOU ARE MY NEW FAVOURITE GUITAR PERSON ON THE INTERWEBS.
If you can figure out a way of me getting back the hours I’ve wasted watching ego-driven guitar tutorials next the would be fabulous.
Thanks what l do.
I look and follow their fingers.
I like the way you explain the chords and showing your fingers where to play the chords. And slow teaching is good. Thank you
This video really helped me out, always wanted to write songs and after watching this video. I wrote a song and finding the right chords thanks! I am just a self taught strummer and been also watching your finger Plucking, I am slowly working it and your videos has helping me become a better player. I would like to learn how to solo and be able to jam with others. If you can help me I would like to talk to you about lessons.
hello from Scotland thanks for helping me out
Cool! I think I almost got it. Seriously, I'm terrible at music but you make it seem much simpler. 🙂
Thanks jennie
Very useful video..Thank you for sharing
Great lessons from you Mom. Really appreciate it … Easy to work along
Hello, Jamie. Thank you for the fabulous lessons. I have a question for you. I am just a starter and allmost 71, but it's a lot of fun. I tried to play Spanish music.. I play the chords good but It's very difficult to held my fingers on the same string. When i strum fast 001120 to 002330 to 004550 and back 002330 and 001120 my fingers are not on the right (same) string anymore. Strum is up;down;down;down;down.String 3 finger1, string 4 finger 3, string 5 finger 2. Is there a trick to hold your fingers on the same string? Thank you for your answer. Again thank you, also for your everlasting smile.
Really useful and good lesson. Thank you.
If you feel you need to change chords in the middle of a measure, the song is probably written in 2/4 time.
Been playing guitar for a little while. I noticed that right handed players rest the instrument on there right leg. Try as l might, that doesn't work for me. I have to rest it on my left leg. Does it really matter?
