This is my first impression review/comparison of the Lightdow LD6000 action cam. I mainly record drum videos (live shows, church services, lessons, etc) so I have a very specific use for the camera. So far, for me, this camera is great! At this point I’m not sure about the battery life or longevity of the camera, but I’ll post an update when I have more data to go on!

1970s Sony ICF-9650W FM/AM Table Radio (Analog Hi8 in 60p)
The purpose of this video was twofold. Firstly, I wanted to show and review an excellent vintage table radio from Sony that was sold in the late ’70s. Secondly, this video is my first attempt at deinterlacing and converting 30i (or what they’re now calling 60i) DV video to 720p 60 frames per second. Doing so allows you to retain the smooth, fluid motion of interlaced video while being fully deinterlaced a.k.a. progressive. While nowhere near true HD quality, it’s certainly an improvement. However, I doubt 60p will be making a regular appearance, as it’s a lot of work, time, and effort that really isn’t suitable or necessary for my style of videos.
