You're
I bounce around 3 to 4 Guitar channels which I really like but this channel is a Gold mine for learning and I'll be coming back daily.
My favorite is the second inversion on E…stretchy. If I nail it without warming up…my left hand is in shape.
I am 46, playing daily for 31 years. I worked out the inversions for maj7, min7, min7b5 and dom7 on the whole neck, as I felt that there is value to it, even though i was primarily a rock player. It really opens up the whole fretboard and gives you options to comp whole standard within 5 frets, while voice leading. This lesson is gold…subscribed.
Is there a video about drop 2 and drop 3 voicings?
Nice. Thanks for mapping that all out, this really makes my life a lot easier
I’ve been studying M7 because of you and Paul, brother your guitar sound perfect, the 8:00 mark Fmaj/7E is missing the root ☮️
I play this on my guitar 1-5 times a week, its really peaceful especially outside. Also kinda reminds me of Zelda lolxd
Envy your guitar, it looks and sounds very good
such an incredible video, thank you so much <3
Rotem, great video and I am just tackling learning these in my practice. I have a question for you slightly off the topic: could you share a little about the guitar you are playing? Do you have any videos about choosing and set up for a good jazz guitar?
Is it just my imagination, or does he hum the drums of early Metallica, like 'Am I Evil'?
Thanks for this video my friend!
your lessons are awesome, thank you 🙂
Love this
Dude. Your teaching style is so genuine and chill! You're a lovely guy! I felt very comfortable throughout this video. So glad you are doing this. I really needed this lesson in particular since I am weak on inversions.. ? Thanks so much!
Thank you for this great gymnastics lesson !
I love your videos.
But at minute 8:32 for F Maj7/A on the four highest strings, are you sure of the tab (F on the G string) ? Actually you play the E (the Maj7th) instead of the root on the 3rd string, no ? And I love the dissonant semi tone between the root and its Maj7 so I 'm going to play it like that as often I can. Greatings from Paris ??
super….
Thankyou brother
Sivanth chords magic!! ??? Love your vibe and approach, Rotem, you're a giver!
"I mean I still like it its just like stretchy" lmao??
Great video lesson!!! Thank you!!??????
Very helpful! Thanks brother.
Muchas gracias! <3
On the first set of chords that is 6 5 4 3
If you take the note on the 5th string and play it on the 2and string instead you'll have your drop 3a. 6 x 4 3 2 x
The best thing I ever did was to spend the time it took to learn all these chords.
