Today (in lockdown) I started again at No1 re-watched all the videos, made careful notes and by the time I got to this new one (having spent yesterday slogging at learning my relative minors around the circle of 5ths) I understood and followed Justin.   2. You must consider using the MODES Progressions 1-4-5; 2-5-1, etc.etc. Also the Circle of 5ths and the scale MODES, Ionian, Aeolian, Phrygian, Lydian, etc. Not just add the 7th to every chord because, then you will sound awkward.

  3. Day three and now the melody never leaves my head! It's in my head all day at work and it's what helps me throughout. My favorite melody yet so far and I'm gonna master it! Thank you so much!!!
